SAUTE CHICKEN WITH GINGER – Gà gam gừng

Ingredients:

– 150g chicken meat

– 20 – 30g ginger

– ¼ root of white onion (cut into segment)

– 1 teaspoon of garlic

– 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

– ½ teaspoon of pepper

– 2 – 3 teaspoons of sugar

– 1 tablespoon of fish sauce

– 1 teaspoon of chicken powder

– 2 – 3 teaspoons of caramel sirup

– 100ml water

Preparation:

– Caramel syrup: heat 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a pan. Keep stirring until golden brown. Add a little water in and stir until the mixture dissolved completely. Remove from the heat.

– Ginger: cut in julienne

Practice:

    – Add garlic, cooking oil, ½ ginger in clay pot and stir fry until fragrant. Next add chicken meat, stir from 2 to 3 minutes, pour water and season with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 2 – 3 teaspoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon of pepper and 2 -3 teaspoons of caramel syrup in and cook until the sauce reduce. Then, add the left ginger and white onion in the heat about 2 minutes.

    – Transfer to the plate and decorate it yourself with pepper, coriander, slice chilli

    – Serve with steamed rice.
