FRIED TUNA WITH TOMATO SAUCE – Cá thu sốt cà

Ingredients:

– 100g – 150g tuna (codfish)

– 15g of sliced white onion

– 5g spring onion – cut into parts about 3 cm

– 300ml cooking oil

– A tomato

– 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

– ½ tablespoon of fish sauce

– 1 teaspoon of pork powder

– ½ teaspoon of black pepper

– 2 tablespoons of sugar

– 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic

– 2 tablespoons of fresh water

Preparation:

– Tomato: wash and dice them.

– Tuna (codfish): heat oil in a pan. Add fish and pan-fried until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate.

Practice:

    – Heat ½ tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan. Add garlic, tomato, tomato paste, fresh water, fish sauce, sugar, pork powder, white onion, spring onion and stir the mixture for 2 – 3 minutes until sauce boils and thickens.

    – To serve, arrange fish on serving plate and pour sauce over fish. Sprinkle with pepper.
