STEAMED RICE WITH PANDAN LEAVES – Cơm hấp lá dứa

Ingredients:

– Rice                                   100g -150g

– Fresh water                        120 -180ml

– Pandan leaves                    2 ea

Preparation:

    – Pandan leaves:  wash and then tie into 2 ea.

Practice:

    – Place pandan leaf and cleanded rice into the bowl.

    – Then pour fresh water into the bowl, just cover rice about 1 cm. And steam it about 30-40 minutes by steamer (can replace by rice electric cooker) until the rice is tender but firm.
