STEAMED RICE IN THE COCONUT – Cơm hấp trái dừa

Ingredients:

– 100 – 150g rice (choose the long grain rice)

– 120 – 180ml coconut juice

– A pinch of salt

Practice:

    1. Then add cleaned rice, coconut juice and a pinch of salt into the bowl. When pour coconut juice just cover the rices about 1 cm.

    2. Steam about 30-40 minutes by steammer (replace by rice electric cooker) until the rice is tender but firm.
