STEAMED RICE WITH GINGER – Cơm hấp gừng

Ingredients:

– 100 – 150g rice (long grain rice)

– 120 -180g of fresh water

– 1- 2 teaspoons of minced ginger

– ½ tablespoon of cooking oil

Preparation:

    – Rice: wash and then drain.

Practice:

    1. Heat oil and ginger in a pan until it fargant. Then add rice and stir it about 3-5 minutes.

    2. Then pour rice and fresh water in the bowl just cover rice about 1 cm. And steam it about 30-40 minutes by steamer (replace by rice electric cooker) until the rice is tender but firm.
